Development of market economy to promote energy sector reform and the pursuit of more economic-based, high efficiency. Production of raw materials directly affect the thermal power, heating, smelting and other industries benefit, making the quality of the means of production companies have stringent requirements, use of advanced coal sample testing technology has become the development direction of coal quality testing. At the present calorimeter measurement of heat in the accuracy of real-time so there is still a lack, there is an urgent need for better real-time performance and high precision calorimeter system.Firstly the paperdescribed calorimeter system of meaning, status, level and objectives, and described calorimeter system's architecture.Second, discusses the measurement of heat value of the basic principles, methods, steps, process and the formula, in this paper studies the system's features and design principles. In the detailed analysis of quartz crystal temperature sensor based on the basis of principles designed quartz crystal temperature sensor circuit.After that, based on the design of the minimum system S3C2410, S3C2410 clock on the power modules in-depth analysis. Then we analyze the Linux kernel.the S3C2410 board is ported Linux operating system.Finally, an isothermal automatic calorimeter is designed based on S3C2410.A circuit that used quartz temperatuer sensor HTS-206 to measure temperature is given.The network Communication is realized to make use of CS8900A.The overall structure of the system is determind.The result of experiment proves the deign gets up to the GB (T) 213—2003 standard and its precision is improved.
