The Research For The Especially Large Exhibition Building

In the present era, the development trend of economical trade-globalization continues toexpand the whole scale of the exhibition industry and the field of design. As the scale ofexhibition activity increased, the total construction area of the exhibition buildings is graduallygetting increased. Also the area of the exhibition hall is showing a trend of rapid growth. Fromthe five especially large exhibition buildings in China,this thesis shows the comparative analysisin order to summarize the theory in the field of especially large exhibition buildings design.It alsobuilds a theoretical improvement that doing research about current characteristics ofthe development.From this thesis,we can not only clearly understand the developmentstatus of especially large exhibition buildings in China but also make up a completedarchitectural theory in exhibition-buildings research.Also this thesis will play her values and rolesin the field of the development of the especially large exhibition buildings.The study objects in this thesis are Guangzhou International Conference and ExhibitionCentre, Shanghai New International Expo Centre, China International Exhibition Centre,WuhanInternational Expo Center and AsiaWorld-EXPO.From analyzing the status, venues parameters,developmental characteristics of the five representative EXPO,systematic research will be donein the shared and regional characteristics.In the framework of the architecturedesign theory, characteristics will be analyzed in the field of project planning、site plan arrangementthe design of exhibition hall and public service area、architectural technical design、Architecturalmodeling and status characteristics.Also in order to summary the common design parameters anddesign theory,to provide the scientific design mode and the reference cases,analysis will be donein city planning development、the influence of exhibition activites and etc.
