Along with the computer network and the rapid development of communicationtechnology, intelligent buildings are more and more widely used, building automation systemas its characteristics is a key component, is also continuously develop and improve.Convention and exhibition industry as a new industry, along with the rapid development ofthe pace of reform and opening up. Exhibition venues, as a kind of public building, due toeconomic development and effects of exhibition industry, the construction of the marketdemand is also growing, especially for the large exhibition building requirements also moreand more high. In order to fully meet the different needs of various types of exhibitions,large-scale exhibition of electrical and mechanical equipment of many types, and scatteredlayout, its control and management requirements are also getting higher and higher, so theconstruction of a meet the needs of building automation system is particularly important.This paper takes a large exhibition building automation system as the researchbackground, through the analysis of the internal pressure equipment, lighting equipment, airconditioning equipment, elevator equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, exhaustsmoke window and other types of electrical and mechanical equipment monitoringrequirements, and the large exhibition building automation system to realize the difficultiesand corresponding measures. Then on this basis, through the analysis of the existing buildingautomation system technology characteristic, proposed based on the BACnet buildingautomation system design. Due to the large pavilion building automation system of large scale,management and control requirements are higher, in order to avoid the monitoringconcentration of risk, the project of the building automation system is divided into lowpressure control, lighting control, monitoring, integrated monitoring equipment four systemsconstruction. In each subsystem, according to the requirement of the running characteristics ofthe controlled equipment, the use of reasonable equipment control strategies, are distributedmonitoring, optimizing operation, prolonging the service life of the equipment, to achieve thebest running state. Then, in combination with the building automation system on the basis ofdemand, put forward to realize the function of the system the main products of the technicalindicators. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of the main manufacturers ofbuilding automation products and features, the final choice of products is a Honeywell Excel8000building control system products and EBI management system, and describes the use ofthe product to realize the function of the system implementation plan.
