Electric power is economic, practical, easy to clean and easy to transfer, which plays anincreasingly important role in modern society. With the continuous development of modernsociety and technology, we have also been the ever-increasing demands for power quality.Therefore, the development of power quality monitoring system is necessary to be powerquality long-term, continuous monitoring and management, to grasp and improve the powerquality status.The power quality online monitoring system is made of the upper computer and thelower computer. The lower computer uses ARM to be computing and processing data, whichCommunicates with the upper computer through the CAN bus network. In the monitoringsystem, data acquisition uses AD7606which is16bit,6-channel high-speed A/D conversionchip, the production of ADI’s new generation, could well meet the requirements of highaccuracy. The power quality monitoring node uses the main processor of32bit,AT91SAM9263, which is produced by ATMEL Corporation. Around this chip, we developedand designed the ARM development board, which is based on AT91SAM9263. Theschematic design, the components of the package, the PCB layout and routing, are describedin detail. On the software side, we used the μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system, which is transplantedin the AT91SAM9263chip in detail. Based on μC/OS-Ⅱ, this article designed several tasks,these tasks control the operations of data acquisition and processing.The system uses Microsoft Office Access database to store, and uses the LabVIEWsoftware for data statistics and analysis. Been tested, the system has a high measurementaccuracy and measurement speed, and, strong stability.
