| Recently, automated mechanical transmission is widely used on commercial vehicle. Ithas advantages of high efficiency, good dynamic performance and lowest cost. To solve theproblems of shifting power interruption and poor shift quality of AMT, this thesis set thedynamic performance, fuel economy and smooth shift as targets.And we begin to research theshifting bodies, shifting principles, matching principle and methods of the engine, clutch andtransmission.Therefore, This topics has Important theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly, this thesis describes the domestic and foreign research status of the differentkinds of New-type Automated Mechanical Transmission and compares the advantages anddisadvantages of them. We propose Seamless automated mechanical transmission(abbreviation: SAMT) based on the minimum jerk. Then we begin to research the operatingprinciple of the Engine, Clutch and Transmission during the shift process, and then weanalyze the relationship of shift quality and the synchronizer meshing angle. Based on theconclusion, we calculate the optimal angle based on the minimum jerk. According to theworking principle of SAMT, we discuss the variation of Engine working speed and Clutchpressing force under100km acceleration and deceleration operating conditions. Accordingthe anlysis result, we design and model the gears, synchronizer, clutch and other parts ofSAMT. Then we build the virtual prototype of SAMT and simulate in ADAMS. Thesimulation result verifies the correction of the advantages of SAMT, which means faster shiftspeed, less shift time and unapparent shift power interruption. |
