Hydraulic accumulator is one important accessory in hydraulic system, Itsresponsivity have a bearing upon hydraulic system's capability. Filling valveand connected pipeline are accumulator's important accessory, accumulator'scapability is influenced by them. This paper regards as the filling valve and theconnection pipeline and the accumulator a body establishment overallmathematical model, and its conducts the research and the analysis to theaccumulator performance influence. The main contents are as follows:Unifies the different type accumulator introduction common accumulatorfilling valve the type and the structure, summarizes the analysis at present thedomestic and foreign dampling effect and the pipeline effect research presentsituation and the existence question.When separately establishes the consideration filling valve andconnection pipeline the accumulator mathematical model, the accumulatorwhole divides into gas champer, liquid champer, the charging valve and theconnection pipeline four parts. The model is made of four parts, and thenmakes the model with filling valve;the math model with the filling valve andthe connection pipeline based different need.The relation is studied and analyzed between the model parameter ofaccumulator model based on the filling valve and the connection pipeline andstructural parameter, working parameter, the filling valve and the connectionpipeline's parameter. By utilizing Matlab software accumulator model accountprocedure is established.The accumulator model based on the filling valve and the connectionpipeline is simulated by Matlab/simulink software. Accumulator's simulatedmodel for assimilating hydraulic impulsion and eliminating pulsatory isestablished, and then the models are simulated. The relation between theparameter of filling valve and connection pipeline and accumulator model isdemonstrated, and the effect between the filling valve, the connection pipelineand accumulator responsivity ability is validated.One hydraulic experiment table is lapped, to control the experimentalsystem, adjust parameter and to collect data on-line and real-time, dSPACEsoft-hardware integrated system is utilized during experiment. Under differentfilling valve's diameter and different connection pipeline's length, pressresponse curve of pump back and valve front are gained when there areshocking wave pressure in system. Analyzing three press responses curve andincorporating conclusion of the simulation, the rightness of the accumulator'smath model and the effect of accumulator's capability by the filling valve andthe connection pipeline is proved.
