With the continuous development of industry, multi-motor synchronous drivecontrol is required in many occasions since the single motor control has been unableto meet the requirement of performance and product quality of various manufacturingequipment. Therefore, multi-motor synchronization control is one of the majorproblems among many high speed、high accuracy system. In practical work, tomaintain speed synchronization of the motor is difficult because of the difference ofmachine technical parameters, load mutation and other random interfering factors.The permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multi variable, strong coupling, highprice and complex nonlinear system, thus the effect to control a permanent magnetsynchronous motor application is hard to meet the requirement of high precisionsynchronous control. Therefore, In order to further improve synchronous performanceof the multi motor synchronous control system, this article research on the controlstructure analysis and control algorithm based on the domestic and foreign literatureand the basis theory of automatic control.The content of this paper mainly includes following several parts:Firstly, to introduce the advantages and application prospects of multi motorsynchronous control technology, to analyze the basic principle of speed control ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor, to chose the current control i d0method ofvector control method.Secondly, to analyze the interfering factors of multi motor synchronous controlsystem, and to give methods to inhibit these effects of multi motor synchronouscontrol system; to analyze the control structure of multiple synchronous controlsystem, and the control structure of the deviation of coupling is designed; through thesimulation, it shows that the control method can guarantee a good steady performanceand dynamic performance of this system.In addition, the sliding mode controller based on inversion is designed with a co-mbination of inverse design method and sliding mode control algorithm, using selfad-aption to estimate the uncertainty bounds of the system, using Yaupon function toprove that the convergence and stability of the control law. The simulation resultsshow that the design of the multi motor synchronous controller has good robustness,stability and adaptability. Finally,in order to verify the synchronization of multi motor synchronous controlsystem, this article has conduct two permanent magnetic synchronous motorsynchronous control experiment based on the GXY platform, from the experimentresults, the control effect adopting to the relative coupling control in this paper is verygood.In this paper, the research work for the study and application of control structureand control algorithm of multi motor synchronous control system has its certainguiding significance.
