Now, reinforced concrete frame structure is frequently adopted in manyconstruction projects for civil use in China. However, factors as raw material,construction technology, job practice, operation of staff member, constructionmachinery and environment, etc are prone to cause construction errors whichgenerally damage bearing capability and reliability of newly completed structure andfail expectations as planned. Undoubtedly, this will be a potential danger to the use ofbuilding structure in the future. Studying the influence of construction errors andthereby reducing errors by intentional controlling in work process are crucial inimproving the initiative of construction quality controlling and guaranteeingnecessary reliability of building structure.Taking the reliability of reinforced concrete frame structure as a major line andconstruction error the subsidiary, the paper has carried on research into the influenceof construction error on construction reliability. Specifically, content includes:Firstly, it introduces the development of construction reliability theory in andabroad and systematically marshal and conclude presently structure reliability theoryand usual calculating methods of structure reliability; Secondly, integrated with Codefor acceptance of constructional quality of reinforced concrete structures (GB50204-2002), we carry on a comprehensive construction error survey to a praticalproject,analyzes the fruits of the survey, obtain the statistical law and the distributedfunction of evry construction error; Thirdly, it analyzes degree of reliability ofcompression member with large eccentricity,ending member and shearing memberbasing on studying construction errors of thickness of concrete lay,distance ofstructure force reinforcement, concrete strength. Through the variation of the basicparameters of the above three aspects, it respectively calculates their variablereliability, finds out the more influential construction errors and comes up with keypoints of construction quality controlling; Fourthly,it analyzes and summarizes theconstruction error of the whole project, elaborates the emphasizes of the constructionerror controlling; Fifthly, In view of the surveyed pratical project,through bringing inrectificated quotients,it introduce a simple method to analyse degree of reliability ofthe whole frame structure and it analyzes degree of reliability of the whole framestructure basing on studying construction errors of concrete strength and effective height of section.Last but not least, the paper makes a summarization and comes up with ideas onexisting problems which require further study about researches of the influence ofconstruction error on the reliability of reinforced concrete frame structure.
