Structure in the form of reinforced concrete frame structure is frequently used in our densely populated civilian construction projects. Construction of reinforced concrete frame structure performance is the basic condition study of structures durability and use of safe construction.This text make full of experience of previous accidents, analyzes and discusses the main reason for reinforced concrete accident occurred during building construction, the corresponding preventive measures in order to achieve safe construction, propose appropriate precautionary measures to achieve the purpose of construction safety.This text analyses the structural reliability theory developing in the domestic.Domestic and foreign gained little research results in the performance characteristics of concrete structural characteristics about concrete frame construction and reliability at early age. Learn from these results, this text main analysis reinforced concrete structure and template supporting system and floor-fastening steel scaffold combine with structure reliability during building construction about Chang-jiang International Plaza high-rise building in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. Analysis of the template support programs and the construction of the live load impact on the construction of structural system reliability. This project calculated values such as floor-fastening steel scaffold of the relevant parameters to get the reliability index of the actual project, and compared with the specifications and other documents, analysis of its reliability.
