Abstract:Temperature is a physical quantity to describe the cold-hot degree of theobject and temperature field shows the set of each temperature point in a system. Thetemperature distribution affects product quality and workplace safety and it is animportant factor to reflect the running status of industrial production equipment andthe service performance of electrical products. So the measurement of thetemperature field is crucially important in industrial production. Electromagneticinduction heating is a new heating technology, but electromagnetism inductionheating measurement approach exist many problems for the particularity ofelectromagnetism induction calefaction. This paper analysis the current situation andproblems of electromagnetic induction heating principle and temperature fieldmeasurement methods, and present a non-contact measurement method which usesinfrared thermal imager. Then experimental analysis has been made with inductioncooker. Finally, this method is been using in the actual production.Firstly, research status of the electromagnetic heating and temperature fieldmeasurement were reviewed. And the theory which is related to the research is beenanalyzed. For instance: The principle of electromagnetic induction heating and theformation of its temperature field, the heat transfer mechanism and control process ofthe induction cooker, and the relationship between the performance of inductioncooker and its temperature measurement.Secondly, the temperature measurement principle of infrared thermalimager is analyzed and a method of electromagnetic induction heatingtemperature measurement with infrared thermal imager is presented.Experiment analyzes the effect of the measuring distance and emissivity onthe infrared thermal imager temperature measurement. Then a newnon-contact temperature system is designed. The temperature measurementof induction cooker is done by the new system. Comparing with othermeasurement methods, this method and system is verified the feasibility inelectromagnetic induction heating temperature measurement. This system has applied for national utility model patent and been authorized.Finally, the performance testing system for electromagnetic induction heatingproduct is designed by the new designed measurement temperature system in thearticle. The efficiency of product testing is also improved by the new system. Itsignificantly increases induction cooker heating efficiency by the new measurementtemperature method. It also gives amendment suggestions on induction cookerstandard with the study of the thesis. The academic paper is employed by the journalof the measurement and control technology.
