Relay is a kind of electrical devices and it is widely used in automaticcontrol system. The test for the performance of relays is an important means to thequality inspection of relays. During all of testing projects for comprehensiveperformance of relays, both electrical properties and durability are important testingprojects.The combined relay which is described in this paper is an important componentof the control system of DC electrical winch. The target of this subject is to design atest equipment with good performance and high reliability. The test equipment ismainly used to test comprehensive performance of combined relays. Electricalparameters and durability parameters of the combinative relay,are main test items ofthe equipment.In this paper, the main contents of the research are as follows:Firstly, to develop a test bench that is used to testing comprehensiveperformance of combined relays, which is used to control electrical winch. A SimaticS7-226PLC is used as the control core of the test bench. The test bench can testelectrical parameters and durability parameters of combined relays.Secondly, to design a software system based on VB. The main function of thesystem is to collect, store, analysis, query data and generate report of the test. It isefficient to process testing data.Finally, to finish the analysis of systematic error and system calibration,evaluate the uncertainty of the test result. The testing error is influenced by multiplefactors.By the improvement of testing environment and testing conditions, we canreduce the influence of these factors on the testing accuracy. On the other way, wecan reduce the testing error. The system calibration is an important means to reducesystematic errors. It also improves the testing accuracy. In this paper, the linearregression is the method of system calibration. There is always uncertainty in testingdata,so the uncertainty of testing data is evaluated in this paper. When the test bench for comprehensive performance of combined relays is usedto test combined relays, the efficiency is high. The performance of the test bench isreliable. The test bench meets all basic requirements of the design.
