Study On The Ship Plate Distribution Center Of Small And Medium Sized Shipyards Based On Alliance Theory

The problem of ship plate supply is one of the bottleneck factors which always restrict the development of small and medium-sized shipbuilding industry. Solving the problem effectively is helpful to reduce shipbuilding cost and short shipbuilding cycle, then it will help to improve the quality and efficiency of shipbuilding, so as to strengthen they competitive ability in the shipping market.By visiting a lot of the small and medium shipbuilding enterprises in ZheJiang province, the author realizes the present the difficulty in ship plate supply in those enterprises. The problems such as hard in supply, high price, low quality are existing in medium and small shipbuilding enterprise. The author try to find a suitable mode for domestic shipyard steel supply by reading a lot of papers about ship plate supply home and abroad and related theory of supply chain management and industrial engineering. At present, this paper proves establishing the ship plate joint distribution center is suitable for small and medium-sized shipyards to work out the ship supply problem by the way of alliance model. On the one hand, the center can solve steel supply problems effectively, and medium and small-sized shipyard can get high quality and the low price of steel in time, on the other hand, it can avoid the problem of financial weak in small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprise. The main work and achievements are as follows:1. This paper studies the present situation of small and medium-sized shipbuilding industry, and show the difficulty of steel plate supply by analysis the characteristics of small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprise.2. Investigating the present situation of domestic and foreign steel distribution center and reviewing the development of ship plate distribution mode, this paper discusses the possibility of establishing steel distribution center to solve the problem of ship plate supply in small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises, then give some main points of distribution center such as the step and key factor.3. The alliance mode of small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises makes the possibility of building steel distribution center increase. The paper show the standards in league partner selection and the income distribution.4. The site selection of the distribution center problems is important for steel supply, the biggest characteristic of the small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprise is that the needs of the steel plate is unstable, and then the authors study the site selection of the distribution center problems with the needs unstable, using the genetic algorithm to solving problem.5. In order to ensure the steel plate supply in time and internal distribution center operation effectively, the management information system is indispensable. This article establish a set of internal management information system by the analysis of business process of ship plate joint distribution center with the background of small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises in Taizhou Zhejiang province.At present steel distribution center is the trend of the steel transportation industry, which can greatly promote the development of enterprise upstream and benefit the steel supply chain. This paper is only a tentative exploration in the steel supply problem of small and medium-sized ship enterprises, if we want to achieve this goal, we still do many things both in the theory and practice.
