| In recent years,the problem of parking difficulty has begun to emerge in the central area of small and medium-sized cities.Public parking lots outside the road is an important part of city parking system,whose site layout is the core and key to the layout planning of parking facilities,and it has an irreplaceable role to solve the city center parking problem.Therefore,it is very important to study the location of public parking lots outside the road in the central city.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.First,this paper describes the basic theory of small and medium-sized city,the city center and the public parking lots outside the road,analyzes the main factors include user demand,economic and traffic,who influence public parking lots outside road location,and each factor in model are analyzed in detail.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing location models and methods for the public parking lots outside the road,on the basis of it,a double objective optimization model for the location of public parking lots outside the road in the central area of small and medium sized cities is established.This model has two objective functions,which include the minimum investment cost that the investor cost and the minimum time for parking that the user cost.In the allocation of user parking demand,the two factors that time and distance were both considered,under the limited service radius of the public parking lots outside the road,parking demand was distributed by using the equal time load distance method.Thirdly,this paper designs an improved genetic algorithm to solve the parking location model.Take improved genetic manipulation strategy and refusal strategy to handle the model constraints,take weight coefficient method to transform the double objective function into a single objective function,and then combined the thought of genetic algorithm and enumeration algorithm,the solving steps of the model are presented.Finally,the paper completes the case verification for the model and algorithm.Take the loction of the public parking lots outside the road in the central area of Zhaoyuan as an example,the number of population and the number of iterations in genetic algorithm were calibrated,and then uses the software Matlab to solve the model,verifying the feasibility of the model and algorithm. |
