Due to the acceleration of urbanization and motorization rate,the contradiction between supply and demand of urban traffic more and more prominent,traffic problems have become increasingly serious.In recent years,small and medium cities to accelerate the pace of development by leaps and bounds,traffic problems are also apparent in small and medium cities,and bus priority development is the fundamental way to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.Priority bus less investment,quick,easy to implement,is an effective measure to solve urban traffic congestion,car Difficulty.Bus priority basis is a reasonable public transportation network,the reasonable public transportation network in order to ensure the efficient performance of the play bus.However,due to the limitations of early planning,policy system,management level,road conditions have constrained the development of public transport situation is not satisfactory.Limitations of planning led to public transportation network can not meet the increasing traffic demand,while public transportation network optimization is based on the existing road system and urban public transport capacity on reasonable adjustments to the layout,to achieve maximum benefit purposes.Only the existing system of public transportation network to assess scientifically predicted traffic on public transportation network optimization and adjustment,improve public transport attractiveness,in order to ensure bus dominate other transport modes.Currently on the public transportation network evaluation and optimization have been extensively studied,but specialized for small and medium urban public transport system is relatively weak.In this paper,the following research:Firstly,with the latest standards for small and medium scale urban divide the city has defined small and medium urban public transportation network and travel characteristics were analyzed;Secondly,summed up the significance of Urban Public Traffic Network efficiency evaluation,Now documents from the line facilities and network cable network operators established both public transportation network efficiency evaluation index system to evaluate the fuzzy Delphi comprehensive evaluation.Then,the public demand forecast analysis,road running through the small city bus in-depth analysis,summed up the public transportation network optimization objectives,constraints,taking into account the traffic concentrated urban centers,in order to disperse traffic as soon as these proposed sites attract large coefficient of this indicator,establish contact bus lines and bus stops,use the site to attract a large coefficient of efficiency of the bus lines is corrected as the goal line network optimization function to passengers to transfer coefficient,site coverage,the number of lines of complex,non-linear coefficient,line density and length of the route as constraints established public transportation network optimization model.Solution one by one with a superior method for wiring the idea of optimizing bus network,starting from the set of lines that generate alternative,tabu genetic algorithm to optimizing bus network.Optional bus route generation process set into a viable transit network selection,start and end point selection,origin-destination pair and an optional set of lines that generate several sections.Then according to the actual situation and needs,this paper makes appropriate adjustments to optimize the line.Finally,to evaluate the efficiency of public transportation network Tongnan District line network optimization and verified the proposed method not only of theoretical significance,but also has practical significance.
