In recent years,the era of progress and the rapid development of social economy,the public are increasingly demanding for the function of the high-rise building and high-rise building structure also presents the diversified development,with frame-shear wall structure of a huge advantage compared to other structural form,can satisfy the people along the vertical height of different building function for high-rise building set space requirements.Therefore,it is more and more widely used in the world.The frame-shear wall structure consists of three parts: the upper shear wall structure,the intermediate transition layer and the lower frame structure.According to the theoretical research we know,relative to the frame structure,shear wall structure with large structure stiffness,the structure overall stiffness leads to changes in the top and bottom structure junction will produce larger stiffness mutation,this regarding the lateral resistance of the structure and seismic capacity is very bad.Therefore,the function of setting the transition layer is to reduce the stiffness mutation of the upper and lower part of the structure.With the deepening of the study,the structural types of the conversion layer also come into various forms,such as beam conversion,plate conversion,oblique column conversion,etc.At the same time in order to further reduce the upper shear wall with frame structure at the bottom of the stiffness of the gap between,usually,we structure design,the upper part of the shear wall in the shear wall structure will be changed as the floor shear wall,the lower the pure frame structure into a simple frame shear structure,to facilitate the seismic performance of structure as a whole.Therefore,it is very important to determine the number of floor shear walls and the reasonable section area.The main research contents are as follows:1,for the definition and classification of high-rise buildings,the functions and types of transformation are briefly introduced,further about part of frame-shear wall structure development course and the present research results at home and abroad,this paper studies the method,purpose and content;2,through comparing with frame structure and frame shear structure,pointed out that part of the frame-shear wall structure unique characteristics,and then to part of frame-shear wall structure design requirements analysis and calculation method,calculation model,provide a reference for engineering design.3,Introduction to pkpm-satwe structural design software,modeling and parameter input,statistics and analysis of calculation results by using pkpm-satwe structural analysis software;4,through the frame layer,interlayer shear strength of the ratio of the maximum displacement and the height(displacement Angle),then draws some ground shear wall with frame-shear wall structure reasonable cross section area of the final formula,to guide the design of shear wall arrangement landing.5,Summarize the research results of this paper,and analyze the deficiencies in the study,so as to provide guidance for subsequent studies.
