In this paper, high rise residential structure design has been systematicallydiscussed, I put forward my point of view. First, the definition and characteristics ofshear walls were introduced, and elaborated main points of shear wall structure design,Including the classification and behavior analysis of shear wall elements, basicprinciples of shear wall design structure specification requirements, Rationalarrangement of components, Component calculation, calculated comparing the resultsof the analysis, optimization design of shear walls economy and so on.In this paper, the author used a actual work of an engineering example,according to two different shear wall structure layout scheme for comparison, usingstructured design program of SATWE to calculate and analysis, compared the structurecalculating data of the two programs, modifying and adjusting layout of shear walls,structural arrangement to be more rational and calculating indicators,by comparing thecalculated data analysis, we can use a better way to grasp the method of high riseresidential structure designed to balance safety and economy.Shear wall structure design is divided into several phases: conceptual design,preliminary design, and construction design. In the structure of the conceptual designphase, structural engineers and architects should work closely with electrical andmechanical engineers to ensure the main control indicators such as the structure of theplane, vertical rules to structure capacity, stiffness, ductility, and select a reasonableeconomic structure of the program. In the preliminary design phase, my initial plan forthe structure of the trial, comparing to building conditions, to meet the specificationson the basis of continuous adjustment calculation model, so that it has a good seismicperformance. In the construction design stage, after determine the structure of theprogram, I have a reasonable layout of shear wall structure, reasonably flat and verticalstiffness of the fine calculation model calculation, design the shear wall structuralcomponents to ensure good economic performance indicators. Calculated bycomparison of the data structure of the two models,we know that, In the area ofseismic fortification intensity6,7degrees, calculated data indicators shear wallstructure is relatively easy to meet the specifications of capacity, stiffness, ductility requirements. Therefore, strengthening the plane reasonable layout and structuralmeasures is particularly critical, it is the premise of structural safety as an importantmeans of economic satisfaction. By calculating the data analysis and comparison of thetwo models, we can clearly get that, In stiffness satisfy the premise of seismic andwind shear wall structure in the process of loading, displacement value is easily withinthe scope of authority control. So reasonable and appropriate to increase the structuralarrangement of shear wall hole, can effectively reduce the amount of shear, balancedshear stiffness of structural rigidity in both directions for a more balanced, make theweight of the structure and earthquake force smaller, to achieve the structural safetyand economic unity.In this paper, the design of high rise residential structure elements weresummarized, analyzed and summarized, the design of a high rise with good seismicperformance and economy and made the design proposals feasible.
