The total electricity consumption of society increasing year by year with the rapid development of economic and the gradually raise of living standards for people, more and more attentions are paid to the power quality problems because a variety of non-linear, impulsive and asymmetric power electronic equipment has also been widely applied. With the construction and operation of the smart grid, on the one hand, it provide a favorable conditions for comprehensive assessment of power quality, on the other hand, it put forward higher expectations to power quality.Comprehensive assessment of power quality is an optimal multi-attribute decision making problems in nature. Determined the weights value of each sub-index for power quality synthetic evaluation, which is a key step. Elaborated the specific methods, advantages and disadvantages of traditional the subjective weighting method, the objective weighting method. On this basis, the minimum standard error weighting method is proposed creatively. By this method has laid a solid foundation for achieve an accurate comprehensive assessment of power quality, the entire calculation process converted to algebraic operation models quantified, and get rid of interference of subjective factors thoroughly.According to the characteristics of the power quality synthetic evaluation under smart grid conditions, taking into account nine indicators of power quality, and five grades of evaluation. Five synthetic assessment of power quality methods is proposed, which is including integrated assessment models of based on the weighted grey target theory, based on the cloud theory, based on the weighted kernel vector space model, based on the interval number theory, based on the blind number theory. Through analysis of practical examples, the accuracy and effectiveness of the each model was demonstrated, and did a useful exploration of created fair and just power quality market and achieved diversify and personalized custom power.
