The smart distribution grid integrates advanced automation,informatization,and interactive technologies to support distributed power grid connection,user demand response,and self-healing of the distribution grid.The smart distribution grid is an inevitable trend in the future development of the distribution grid.The comprehensive evaluation of smart distribution grid planning can find distribution grid problems,improve the weak links of the distribution grid,and provide scientific guidance for the rationality of smart distribution grid planning.At present,there are few comprehensive evaluation studies on smart distribution grid planning.It aims to establish a set of reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model.First of all,the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system is based on the traditional distribution grid,familiar with the content of smart distribution grid planning,and the establishment of smart distribution grid planning based on safety,reliability,self-healing,interactivity,and economy.Comprehensive evaluation index system,select and screen indicators with purpose,science,integrity,independence,and operability from a qualitative perspective,and combine quantitative methods to test the rationality of the index system and verify its credibility and effectiveness.The establishment of comprehensive evaluation model is to use AHP-entropy weight method to determine the combined weight,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish a multi-level comprehensive evaluation model,AHP-entropy weight method can effectively combine subjective and objective information,get more reasonable weight,use The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm determines the membership function of the index,and the comprehensive weight is combined with the membership matrix to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value.Taking a certain city power grid as an example,the analysis and application of calculation examples are carried out.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model have Certain practicality and effectiveness.
