In the grim reality of automobile exhaust pollution, China has more than10of our cities are included among the world’s worst air pollution in20cities, with the increasing energy consumption of oil and gasoline’s price instability, the development of new energy vehicles has become a hot. Traditional automotive alternative energy contain fuel cell technology, hybrid technology, pure electric technology and other forms; however, the development of pure electric vehicles which are important and it is consistent with China’s national conditions. Pure electric vehicles, eliminating the need for the device of the fuel tank, engine, cooling system and exhaust system, etc, compared to conventional cars’ internal combustion engine power system, the cost of electric motors and controllers of pure electric vehicles are lower, and also pure electric vehicles have more energy conversion efficiency.The electric control system of pure electric vehicles most complete monitoring and response on the throttle, speed control, energy feedback control, shift control and control of other auxiliary equipments. It can be said that the electronic control system is the core technology of pure electric vehicles, therefore, the development of high-performance electronic control system is significant to the development of pure electric vehicles, It also gives this research work opportunities and challenges.The paper is based on a pure electric car project, according to the basis of the large number of relevant references in domestic and foreign, to analyze components, implementation and use of technology of a pure electric vehicle’ electronic control system which realize and develop based on MC9S12XS128microcontroller.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) A detailed description the composition of pure electric vehicles, respectively, from the energy management system, the electric drive system, the accelerator pedal system, driving system described.(2) Described in detail for the amount of input and output of each subsystem according to the function of the electronic control system of pure electric vehicles and the actual technical specifications of the project. (3) Designed electronic control system hardware circuit with the microcontroller of MC9S12XS128, including the collection of stalls at the handle, transmission control, the acquisition of speed and motor speed, the control of the motor controller, CAN communication and the control of other auxiliary unit..(4) Completion of the work process of the electronic control system, and detailed describe electronic control system algorithm-shift algorithm, CAN communication algorithm and interrupt control algorithm.(5) To verify the availability and reliability of the electronic control system, write the serial port program debugged by LabVIEW which complete the bench test, results meet the actual requirements, and to lay the foundation to equip the vehicle. |
