In recent years, automobile industry in our country has developed vigorously, it has become a new mainstay of our national economy. Our country has replaced the United States as first automobile production and marketing kingdom of the world in2010,has become the emerging automobile superpower. With a increase number of people owner car, its brings serious environment pollution problem, some countries have set the standards of the emissions, as well as our country puts forward our own’s car emissions standards.The invention of turbocharge technology not only reduce oil consumption but also improve the engine’s power, reduce the harmful gas composition of automobile exhaust.So many countries especially the developed countries has invested a lot of manpower in the turbocharged technology r&d and manufacturing.Variable spout turbocharger technology is a new technology, it will be widely used in the future.The blade is the most critical parts of the turbocharger, this technology is just appeared, so there is no special processing equipment for it’s manufacture. The processing of blade is precision casting and precision forging is blank, then mechanical processing and light finishing.General, domestic use the grinding wheel to manually polish, it’s low production efficiency and high scrap rate.This topic according to turbocharger nozzle ring blades’characteristics and processing requirement, we have made the nozzle ring blade centerless grinding process analysis and research,based on centerless grinding movement analysis, we get the grinder mechanical structure analysis, confirmed machine structure configuration form and completed the grinder mechanical structure design; trial-manufacture and debug the grinder machine tool of variable geometry turbochargers nozzle leaf.The centerless grinding experiments of nozzle ring blade is to verify the centerless grinding technology application in turbocharger nozzle ring blade precision processing, and achieved the expect effect,accumulated experience for the subsequent product development, it’s fill in the blank of use centerless grinding technology processing turbocharger nozzle ring of blades in our country, and promote level of technology in turbocharger nozzle ring blade manufacture.
