As the noise regulations are getting more and more rigorous,oilpump noise has been concerned gradually by researchers which is the major noise source of engine noise.Engine oil pump used in automobile enginegear type,rotor and vane type of the pump is relatively common.Because of the advantages of compact structure,small volume,small flow pulsation,stable operation,small noise,high volume efficiency and long service life,the vane pump has been widely used.Taking 2014 provincial joint fund(2015JJ5025)"control strategy to optimize energy-saving pump new car engine lubrication system" as the basis for the cause of pump noise is analyzed,based on the finite element method,the mechanism of noise generation machine pump structure to optimize the design,reduce pump noise.Specific research work as follows:1.The use of Pro/E software for the oil pump shaft three-dimensional solid modeling,import ANSYSWorkbench in modal analysis,natural frequency axis,the contrast range of pump noise,the structure of the shaft were optimized,changing the diameter of the shaft,within the natural frequency of the shaft is not in the scope of the oil pump,reducing pump noise.2.The present study contemplates a noise reduction method: to ensure the security structure of the premise,by removing a portion of the rotor vibration absorber damping instead filled by shock absorption to reduce noise damping material.Establish two kinds of three-dimensional solid model of rotor,import ANSYSWorkbench modal analysis,comparing the results of both analyzes.3.Propose a new oil pan design methods: On the bus on the parabola with oil pan semicircular damping groove,improve oil pressure moments mutations and hammer phenomenon,due to reduced oil shock caused by vibration and noise.By lockup pressure / relief process theory of change analysis,based on matlab simulation software analyzes the pressure distribution of the damping groove,results showed: open groove caneffectively reduce the hydraulic damping shocks and greater pressure differential caused by the mutation of the phenomenon,but also reduces the peak pressure gradient,reduce noise.4.Oil pump noise before and after the optimization of experimental test and contrast test results shows that the improved oil pump noise sound pressure level of the gentle movements from the original structure,the wave get better weakened,this shows that the improved effect is very good,can directly guide the improvement in the process of product development.
