Abstract/Summary:
Intermittency and fluctuation of wind power’s output power lead to low capacity credit and poor schedulability of wind power plant, and also lead to size and direction of grid flow changes frequently, and then cause voltage instability and frequency fluctuation, make the power quality and stability of power system lower. The output power of wind generator can be smoothed effectively by wind power flow optimization system, which is injected in the grid.The existing control methods about the output power smooth of wind generator are Reviewed, and the topology of wind power optimization system based on hybrid energy storage is determined. The concept of the energy flow control is Analyzed. Focus on the research of energy storage converter which is the key component of the system.The mathematical model of the energy storage converter is established, the simulation results show that the accuracy of the model. A current closed-loop controlling unit is designed which based on PI adjustment by engineering design method. Focus on discussion of PI parameters’optimization and calculation. The controlling unit’s correctness and feasibility are proved by draw Bode Diagram and system simulation.The concept of regional division about state-of-charge (SOC) is proposed, and in order to avoid overcharge and frequent depth discharge of energy storage components, the adjustment rules of flexible storage energy regulation are set based on battery SOC. Focus on the analysis of the formation and tracking of power instructions, and complete control strategy of system is provided. The feasibility of the simulation method of access point voltage fluctuation is proved by vector analysis. In order to protect the system from the impulse current, the startup of the system which connects grid is researched.TMS320LF2407A type of DSP is selected as control core, the control circuit of energy storage converter is designed, and the logic circuit for the output pulse is specifically designed, then the pulse interlock is realized, and the power circuit can be protect. According to the target of power control, the software implementation of control algorithm is researched and developed. The energy storage converter is verified by the experiment rely on the test platform of wind power optimization and control system, the control target is basic realized, and the effectiveness of control strategy is proved.
