In order to meet the needs of social production and people’s daily lives, after the electricity has been issued, it must be boosted or bucked at all levels of the substation, then it can bu used. Once the substation run failure, it will directly affect the safety and economic operation of the entire grid, bring serious harm to society production and life; The issue of substation being struck by lightning and oteher similar incidents have been attracted people’s concern, whether it is directed by lightning or lightning wave along the substation line spread into the substation, both of them will cause great harm to the suastation.Firstly, in accordance with the relevant information, I completed the station’s primary electrical design, and the secondary electrical design, then I completed the study of station’s primary lightning protection design and secondary lightning protection design. At last, I finished the design of the lightning protection and grounding.The primary electrical design concluded the choosing of the selection of tne main electrical connection schemes of the substation, the selection of the main transformer, the selection the work of major electrical equipment within the station and check them, determine the capacity and device of the reactive power compensation, select and check the work of the electrical equipment, determine the overall layout of the substation.In the selscting checking the work of the electrical equipment, I use Bergerac Long algorithm to analyze the overvlotage of lighting invasion in the electrical equipment on the station, and then determine whether the bus need to set configured arrester or not separately. The secondary electrical design first consider the security and reliability in the old substation automation system, then complete the configuration device and group screen program in the substation automation computer system protection, the structural design and configuration, and design the network structure of the stationIn the lightning protection, in the primary system I mainly study the aimed directly thunder and lightning invasion wave, in the secondary system I first analyzed the common three kinds of lightning-invasive way of the secondary equipment, then built module for the simulation study in ATPDraw to analyze the simulation results (the voltage waveform at both ends of secondary equipment) respectively, at last, to differdnt kinds of ways I offered diiffent ways to solve these problems.Finally,under the combination of practical and related procedures to complete the lightning protection and grounding design of the substation.
