The finite element method is a powerful tool to analysis the complicated member and widely used in numerical method in nowadays, so the determinacy computation of finite element method has been replaced by it to solve the uncertain problem in concrete engineering. Stochastic finite element method, also called probability finite element method, is the productum of stochastic analysis theoria and finite element method, and it was developed on the basis of the traditional finite element method. The reliability analysis of frame structural was researched in this paper, and some meaningful results were obtained by compared the parameter variabilis. Content is as follows:(1)The reliability computation program of improved linear second order moment method was compiled by the program design language MATLAB, and the file was the main program of reliability computation.(2)The2D finite element of portal frame was built by APDL language of ANSYS to form the analysis file which contained complete circle simulation process. Research of reliability analysis was studyed by the Monte Carlo method and Response Surface method, and the results obtained by them were compared.(3)The reliability of structure was computed by MC method which basis on response surface equation that obtained by the Response Surface method. The results were compared with the one that obtained by improved linear second order moment method to check the validity of the equation.(4) The3D finite element of multilayer portal frames was built by APDL language of ANSYS to form the analysis file which contained complete circle simulation process. The response surface reliability analysis of the frames was researched by PDS technology in three conditions to obtain the characteristic value of random variable.(5)Taken the standard of the current specification as the goal value to analysis the influencing factors of random variable of structure reactance, and obtained some beneficial conclusions.
