Modern Architectural Theory Which The Applicability Of Towns And Villages In Yunnan

The urbanization level has been considered as the symbol of modernization since the beginning of21century in all over the world and China regards the construction of modernization and new socialist countryside as an important part in the harmonious and stability development. So people attach more and more attention to rural construction and the field of architecture construction has played an important role in the rural construction. Under this circumstance, we can find that rural construction is significant in the architecture construction field, however, the system of modern construction which is suit for the rural construction dose not exit and it is the main reason that rural construction is not coordination with the traditional culture and surroundings to a certain extent. Besides, some utility ideas have negative impact on the rural construction and the traditional culture and national and local characteristics has disappeared. Building tends to assimilate and the "boxes" have become the mainstream in the architecture field. Therefore, the author wants to analyze the applicability of contemporary architecture theory in the rural construction in Yunnan based on the construing main schools of contemporary architecture and the practices in contemporary architecture in Yunnan and further find the contemporary architecture theory both fitting and not fitting China actual conditions. In these conditions, the disadvantage would be modified and the contemporary of advantage would be analyzed. In this way, we can conclude the theory which is suitable for rural construction and the rural construction in the future would be a combination of local specialties and innovation and make a contribution to the rural construction in China in some extent.This paper concluded four parts:The first section is Chapter One--introduction part. In this part, the purposes, objects, content, methods, frame, progress and key words of research has been briefly introduced.The second section includes Chapter Two. The part has analyzed the modern architecture and the construction practice of modern villages and introduced the modern architecture school of thought and architecture ideological tendency. At last, the adaptability of contemporary architecture theory in rural constriction has been studied. The third section includes Chapter Three and Chapter four. And this part is the most important part in the research. In chapter Three, the modern architecture theory applying in Yunnan rural constriction has been expounded which mainly concluded the survey of construction and the disadvantages of the modern architecture theory in the development of rural and the use of architecture. Chapter four was concentrated on application range of modern architecture theory in Yunnan rural construction which contains program, architecture and development.The last section is Chapter five. The prospect and creation way of rural construction have been pointed.
