Research On The Construction Of Traditional Historical Villages And Towns Oriented By Spatial Narrative

The history of traditional villages and towns,together with simple nostalgia,ancient civilization,have a long history,at the same time are the original product of social development.In recent years,more and more people have attached the importance of the traditional historical villages and towns,which has caused " a wave of rural construction".How to embody the spirit of traditional historical village living environment and traditional culture,how to endow the traditional humanistic spirit and vitality of local historic towns,how to find the traditional historic towns survival inner spirit has become an important worthy topic.The space narrative theory in the field of architecture and planning circles recently set off a new design boom,this new design ideas have a great enlightenment to this paper,this paper hopes that through this method of interdisciplinary research of narrative theory,explore the theory and design method of the traditional village construction from a new perspective.In this paper,the author takes the construction of the Ling town in Northern Jiangsu province as an example,starts with the historical development of the town,summarizes the narrative elements of the villages and towns,integrates the narrative resources of villages and towns,and establishes the narrative theme of villages and towns.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,explain the problems existing in the development of the traditional village,pointed out that the lack of regional,historical cultural characteristics,explains the Selected topic source,research background,research purpose and method,then introduces some basic concepts of professional vocabulary and trendy words,finally discusses the current situation and the framework of narrative theory.The second chapter analyzes the problem.It mainly analyzes the types of traditional villages and towns and the basic understanding of the narrative theory,including the concept,content,characteristics,etc..Then,it discusses the feasibility and applicability of the space narrative theory in the traditional village renewal.The third chapter,through discussing the spatial narrative theory used in architecture,landscape,city planning and different narrative techniques such as text,film,painting in the architectural space construction case,proves that the space narrative theory also has the maneuverability in the Traditional villages and towns update.The fourth chapter,solve the problem.Through the analysis and summary of the present situation of the town,the author studies the narrative elements of the natural environment,history and culture,and the people's life in the town,and extracts the narrative elements to determine the narrative theme.The fifth chapter,through the design of the story text,follow the protagonist of the story,from entering the town to reentry the town to go deep into the town to leave Ling town,experiencing the entrance,streets,square and other different narrative spaces of the Ling town.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.This paper summarizes the design methods of spatial narrative applied to the traditional historical villages and towns,and points out its advantages and feasibility.And the problems reflection and prospects of the paper are presented.
