Snow blower can be applied to the road of various snow, because the climate of ourcountry northern region is special and winter snow more, snow blower has been applied in awide range and has developed fast. Snow blower has characteristics of large application range,low energy consumption, and high efficiency, no pollution, to compare with using snowmeltagent compared, physical microwave, artificial snow blower, it develop fast abroad, however,our country develop snow blower which has single fuction, avoiding collision ability poorly,as it can’t achieved a variety of functions to cause most of the time idle, these problem needsolving.After getting relevant ice and snow data at home and abroad, the text lists the snow ofmechanical properties; based on the comprehensive research at home and abroad andcomprehensive analysis abroad snow blower, we build up scheme and use SolidWorkssoftware to build the three-dimensinal model of the snow blower, arrage roller tools, helicalcutting tools, cylindrical rolling brush tools and a throwing snow device in a centrifugal fan inthe three-dimensional, calculate the several tools and analyze the throwing distance of thethrowing snow device in a centrifugal fan.Based on the ABAQUS software I have finished three-dimensional dynamic contactnonlinear finite element analysis for using roller tools and helical cutting tools cutting ice andsnow, in the condition got the strength of the ice and snow when we use the tools to cut iceand snow, drew reaction force and reaction torque curve during the cutting process of tool. theeight kinds of cutting installation angle condition about using roller tools cutting ice and snowhas respectively been analyzed by finite element analysis method, according to the threeaspects: the strenth of ice and snow broken, milling torque, milling pressure, I found the bestinstallation angle in the codition of using roller tools cutting ice and snow. the three kinds ofscrew pitch working condition about using helical cutting tools cutting ice and snow hasrespectively been analyzed by finite element analysis way, according to the three aspects: thestrenth of ice and snow broken, milling torque, milling pressure, I found the more suitable inthe codition of using helical cutting tools cutting ice and snow.
