The Research And Design Of The Minitype Snow Blower With Function Of Compression

Snow removal machine is used in cleaning the snow cover out of the road. Compared with the traditional snow-dissolving agents, manual snow removal it has its special good features, such as wide range of application, low energy coast, high efficiency, no pollution and so on. Nowadays snow removal machine are the necessary product and Inevitable trend. However, the current existing all kinds of snow removal machine are all not suitable for cleaning the road of snow cover because of their working principle. Urban roads have more people and more vehicles, so in winter the cleaning of snow cover on urban roads are an urgent and need to be settled inssue.The purpose of this research project is to design a snow cleaning machine which suitable for urban road snow cleaning, and it should be small and has the compress function. Via refer to domestic and overseas relevant material, master the snow cover’s physical machinery features in different forms, choose the reasonable parameter as design basis. Comprehensive analysis and compare domestic and overseas existing different kinds of snow cleaning machines, confirm the designing scheme.Conduct simulation analysis on spiral cutter’ working process by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench and reach the conclusion of stress on the spiral cutter when working, determine the strength of snow can be cut, then compute and design the size parameters of parts according to the results of the analysis and select standard parts, hydraulic system,design and draw the hydraulic system diagram of snow blower. Arrange each device of snow blower in three dimensional space by Pro/E and build a static 3D model.The design of the project which designs machine has compression function has fill the blank of snow cleaning machinery products. It has practical using value and promotional value.
