Study And Design On The New Type Of Combined Roller Snow Blower

New Type of Combined Roller Snow Blower is a device used to efficiently removesurface floating snow and ice. Due to the different width of snow road surface, it is veryimportant to design snowplow that the snow removal width can change with width of roadsurface. Therefore, this artical designs three roller combined steel wire snow blower, theworking state of the rolling brush can free combinate, so as to adapt to the different conditionsof the operating mode requirement. Because of the snowplow’s operation object is ice andsnow, it is very important to study the properties of ice and snow.This artical based on the analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of pavementcompaction of snow and ice, start on the study of roller type of snow blower. First of all,according to existing types and structure of the roller snow blower,this paper puts forwardtechnical solution requirements of three roller snow blower and explains the sweep snow andice mechanism of steel wire brush roll snow blower. Secondly, by means of analysis theexisting driving mode of snow removal vehicles, determining the rolling brush snow removalvehicles drive is hydraulic drive.Based on snow removal mechanism and force analysis ofroller, reasonably design the roller hydraulic system, calculate and select the hydraulic systemcomponents, and do the system heat balance calculation. Finally, the stability of combinedsteel wire brush roller snow blower is analyzed, to determine whether snow blowe can safeuse.
