Compared to the orthodox car, the electric vehicle have the high efficiency, zero pollutionand other significant features, its use has become an important means for people to solve theenergy and environmental issues. In the development process of the electric vehicles, theelectric vehicle charging control technology directly restricts the popularization andapplication of the electric vehicle.An electric vehicle charging network control system is designed in this paper. Thissystem is divided into the PC software, the Data Collector and Charging Point base on thefunction. The host computer is used to manage the collected data, the Data Collector is usedto communicate between host computer and Charging Point and protocol transformation, theCharging Point is responsible for charging function. In this paper, these three parts is designedin turn.The function module division is introduced in the part of the host computer, and base onit, a detailed design is done, and a detailed design diagram is given for the interface design. Adata management system for the parking lot is designed with the VB software, themanagement system connect the data collector or the charge control system with Ethernetinterface through the Ethernet network. And allocate dynamic IP for the system.In the Data Collector part, the hardware and software are designed. During the softwaredesign, Ethernet communication network software design and RS-485communicationnetwork software design is described. During the hardware design, the circuit design of thecommunication interface and the switching power supply are done base on the STM32collected as the MCU.Charging Point design part has described the Charging Point hardware design. Chooseingthe STM32as the MCU and base it to design electrical module circuit, the measurementmodule circuit, the communication module circuit, the contol and set module circuit andpower module circuit. Its software design is described simply base on the Data Collectorsoftware design.Through set the address table in the Data Collector and host computer, the connectionststus of the entire network can be comfirmed used the top-down desin approach in the communication software design process.Finally, through a variety of experimental methods, the theory of the system design isproved to be correct and the program design can be implemented.
