With the deepening of world energy crisis and environmental pollution,electric vehicles driven by electric energy have developed rapidly in recent years.However,the development of ac charging piles as supporting facilities lags behind.Among them,the charging piles produced by different manufacturers cannot charge all electric vehicles due to the inconsistent production standards of charging piles,which seriously restricts the commercialization and industrialization of the development of electric vehicles.In order to solve this problem,according to the electric car ac charging pile of the NB/T 33002-2018 electric car ac charging pile technology conditions "and" GB/T20234.1--2015 electric vehicle transmission power connection "as the basis,we design a based on STM32 charging pile of communication system,and USES the modular thought of charging control system hardware circuit design and software programming.The system includes microprocessor module,power module,control and guidance module,electric energy metering module,human-computer interaction module,transaction settlement module,communication module and other basic charging functions.At present,there are few charging pile distribution points and charging Spaces are occupied by other non-electric vehicles,which makes it difficult for users to find a charging pile close to the vehicle when they want to charge nearby.Therefore,in order to enable users to query the nearby available charging piles as soon as possible,a real-time monitoring information query is designed for charging parking Spaces,so that users can select the charging pile nearest to them by viewing the monitoring information.The designed parking monitoring system collects the parking information of charging piles through ultrasonic ranging and wireless transmission modules,and makes the coordinator receive data through serial port communication.The idle state and remaining quantity of the parking and the type of the parking space of charging piles are displayed on the upper computer platform of LabVIEW.By docking between LabSQL in LabVIEW and ali cloud MySQL database,charging pile parking information collected by upper computer in LabVIEW can be stored and uploaded to MySQL in real time.Then,data in ali cloud can be connected to the parking space query software in the background.The parking space query can receive the data and display the parking information in real time.In this way,users can avoid excessive downloading of various apps looking for charging posts.The main functions of the control system,such as the detection of charging interface,the accurate measurement of charging power,the realization of human-computer interaction interface and the query of charging parking space information,are tested.The results show that the control system can realize the designed functions,and the parking space information can also be inquired in real time...
