Traffic Safety Management Analysis And Preventive Countermeasure Of Kai Yang Freeway Of Guang Dong Province

This study first discusses the status of domestic and international traffic safety, and putsforward the theory and methods of highway traffic accident.The paper systematicallyanalyzes the traffic accident situation and the law of Kai Yang Expressway based on thestatistic data of the traffic accident2006-2010of Kai Yang highway. Second, according to theanalysis of accident mechanisms and affecting factors, the paper has a detailed study in thetraffic accidents caused by people, vehicles, roads, environment and the interaction of variousfactors. Then, combing with high-speed traffic accidents data of Kai Yang, the study does anoverall analysis of the economic loss, direct economic loss analysis and indirect economicloss analysis by using econometric theory and methods. Finally, by analyzing the safetymanagement status and characteristics of Kai Yang high-speed Company, the study finds outthe main problems the safety management of Kai Yang high-speed Company. Appling therelevant principles and theories of Highway Traffic Safety Administration, combing withsafety management practices of Kai Yang high-speed Company,the study makes constructionand improvement of Kai Yang highway safety management system from five areas: safetyculture management, safety technology management, safety behavior management, safetyrescue management.
