Study Of Road Traffic Safety Management Countermeasures Based On Drivers' Factors

Road traffic safety system involves five aspects: people,vehicles,roads,environment and management.A large number of traffic accident data statistics show that motor vehicle drivers are the most important factors that lead to road traffic accidents,and it is one of the key factors that affect road traffic safety.It is necessary to research the drivers' quality and analyze the drivers' factors that affect the road traffic safety.So as to put forward the suitable for China's national conditions and effectively deal with the driver's safety management countermeasures,To provide theoretical support and application reference for the prevention and control of road traffic accidents caused by drivers,so as to improve the construction of road traffic safety management system in our country.This article from the domestic and foreign road traffic safety management research field and road traffic accident original data analysis.On the basis of summarizing and absorbing the research results of driver management at home and abroad,study on the drivers' factors proceeded in an all-round way.By questionnaire survey,event interview,qualitative and quantitative,systematic and thorough research on the influence of the difference of motor vehicle driver's physiological quality,psychological quality and skill quality to the road traffic safety,To clarify the key factors that affect road traffic safety in three aspects: physiological quality,psychological quality and skill quality of driver.At last,in order to prevent and reduce traffic accidents as the principle,from the perspective of management,the use of government regulation,theory of philosophy and so on,on the improvement of the quality of the driver,including the system design,legal education,policy implementation,etc.the road traffic safety management countermeasure based on the driver's factors is constructed.
