Factory building began in the19th century, as a modern new technology and newmaterial, as the main carrier of a recognized housing type essentially. During the industrialrevolution, in order to build the production space which can accommodate mechanizationproduction equipment, architects and engineers exploring and developing the steel, iron, glassand concrete technology, factory building became the symbol of modern society in that period.With the development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of themodern industry, factory building emerged. Although architecture design just as a part ofconstruction process, but it plays an important role, influences the construction safetyperformance, use function and economy directly. However, from the current literature, wecould found that there is no effective method about risk identification and evaluation ofconstruction project design, as well as the risk management method by the numbers. Throughthe enterprise interview and questionnaire investigation, we can found that the parties offactory building construction project design had risk consciousness. In fact, project parties tofactory building construction project design of risk management theory, hope very much toget effective, special and systematic risk management theory guidance. And the existingliterature is lacking in the research according to industrial plant construction project design,therefore, this article choose the main factory building construction project design risk ofthe8th blast furnace in Shaogang as a subject to analysis and discussion. To reveal theindustrial workshop construction project design of the existence of the risk, and try to find thedeal with the method of risk.Based on the research about analysis of the relevant problems at home and abroad, Icarried on the research mainly from the following several aspects.1. Definition of the factory building construction project design risk. This article bymeans of the analysis about definition of item, project and related concepts, combining thedesign of the actual characteristics, defining the definition of factory building project designand the risk factors, the definition of risk management and risk management process.2. According to the design process of factory building construction project design,through to questionnaire inquiry and statistics about the main factory building constructionproject design risk of the8th blast furnace in Shaogang, based on my own work reality,identify the risk factors. These factors according to the sources of risk to subject classification,and then construct the factory building project design of the risk analysis evaluation indexsystem. 3. Based on the factor analysis about the identification of risk variables, construct therisk assessment index system of the main factory building construction project design risk ofthe8th blast furnace in Shaogang, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method basedon rough set theory, build the risk evaluation model of project design, calculates and deducesthat all kinds of key risk factors, the weight of risk variable and the weight of riskconsequences testing target, and to find which factor is the most risk.4. According to various key risk factors, from risk aversion, loss control, risk transfer andrisk privately owned,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
