Research On The Risk Management Of The Main Building Construction Project Of H Medical Research Institute

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in medicine and health care.The coverage of medical security has gradually expanded,the level of health science and technology has rapidly improved,the health of the people has significantly improved,and the main health indicators of residents are among the highest among developing countries.In order to further promote the progress and development of medicine,it is essential to establish a medical research institute with complementary functions and reasonable layout in the field of health and health.However,the construction of medical research institutions is a large-scale engineering project that involves a wide range of stakeholders and has characteristics such as large investment,long duration,and numerous risk factors.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct research on risk management for such projects.This article takes the H Medical Research Institute’s main building construction project as a specific example to conduct risk management research on the project.The research content mainly includes the following three aspects: first,through the collection and study of academic literature from both domestically and internationally,combined with the actual situation and characteristics of the project,analysis is conducted on the current risk management situation and problems,and a risk management process is constructed.Based on this,using the check list method and the Delphi method,risks that may occur during the implementation process of the project are identified and classified,laying a solid foundation for risk assessment.Secondly,risk matrix analysis method,hierarchical analysis method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used respectively from the qualitative and quantitative aspects to conduct risk assessment of the project.At the same time,using the ABC analysis method to analyze risk factors,determine the importance and weight of risk indicators,analyze and sort the evaluation results,providing data support for project risk response and control.Finally,based on the analysis results of the risk assessment process,specific and feasible risk response strategies and measures are proposed to address the project risk factors,providing effective risk prevention and control for the successful completion of the project.Through research on the risk management of this construction project,the following three goals can be achieved: first,risk factors that may occur during the construction process of the project can be effectively avoided,ensuring that the investment in the project is under control.Second,the project can be completed on time and at high quality standards.Third,the overall goals of the project can be achieved,providing reference for the practice and research in this field.At the same time,this research also broadens the field of risk management research,enriches the research cases of risk management in large-scale engineering projects,and provides theoretical and practical reference for the risk management research of medical research institutions in China.
