In recent years, real estate as an emerging industry, gained rapid development, due to its inherent fixity of space, large-scale investment, long development cycle, the development of the poor conditions, many links in the development process, involving a wide range of features, which determines the real estate development process faced a lot of uncertainty, real estate is a high-risk industry.In this paper, the basic theory of project risk management, real estate development projects in select Yuhe town as a case study, based on the development of research projects, combined with the real estate development projects in the town Yuhe external environment and their own characteristics, the use of risk identification risk assessment methods, from the investment decision-making stage, pre-project phase, the project construction phase, phase analysis of the risk of sales management Yuhe township real estate development projects and the development of existing causes, to identify and assess significant risks, and proposed more detailed risk management measures. Paper describes the definition of risk, classification, definition and objectives of risk management procedures.
