With the continuous development of the economy, the global management thinking and integrated management method is increasingly becoming the main guiding ideas and important method of the scholars’research. Thus, starting from the point of view of the integrated supply chain analysis and study of the optimization problem of supply chain management, inventory and distribution patterns, with important theoretical and practical significant.Integrated multiple suppliers in the supply chain, a single manufacturer, several distributors (distribution center) and multiple-retailers and customers to establish a longitudinal multi-level inventory and distribution model, the integrated model including the suppliers arid manufacturers, purchasing and ordering costs, production preparation costs and order costs of the product flow in the upstream and downstream enterprises, inventory holding cost, shortage cost of raw materials and finished products within the product life cycle by the upstream firm to downstream inventory and delivery time as a variable to determine a cost function, and using an improved genetic algorithm function model the optimal solution. Finally the result express that the improved algorithm is better than IPPD model.Use of vertical stock distribution of demand factors in the survey data of a group of solar water heaters, draw the relationship between the optimal inventory of the relationship between market demand and vertical level and the optimal stock rate through different life-cycle of solar water heaters, demand for the product features and the description of the sensitivity in order to establish the maximum profit model of multi-level distribution system, the final solution of the model and analyze the obtained solar water heater products in different life cycle applies to the vertical structure of inventory.For a solar water heater products, inventory and distribution system optimization problems, such as by the level held by each node in the structure of some inventory management optimization problem, and the distribution system node location, capacity planning, and distribution relationship instance analysis and verification to address the inventory and distribution at multiple levels in the distribution system and multiple nodes.
