| With the economic development,the increasingly perfect construction technology and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the construction industry,especially the residential decoration industry,has also developed rapidly.The traditional handicraft decoration model of “hand workshop type” has been difficult to adapt to the development needs of modern society for energy conservation,environmental protection and labor productivity.More and more real estate enterprises have begun to adopt fully renovated houses as one of the main development formats.However,due to the late start and slow development of China’s fully renovated residential and residential industrialization,there are still many problems in the construction process.For example,inefficient logistics management results in insufficient inventory of materials and parts,resulting in downtime,or overstocking,which leads to cost exceeding budget;The purchaser lacks effective control over the transportation process of the materials,resulting in frequent supply disorder in the distribution and transportation phases,which makes the project parties not connected smoothly.Focusing on the management idea of modern logistics aimed at achieving high-quality service at a lower cost,closely combining the development characteristics of the whole decoration industry and the law of customer demand,this paper deals with the supply chain of the full-renovation project,the logistics management system and its important links-inventory cost and systematic research has been carried out on the optimization of vehicle scheduling.Guided by supply chain and logistics management theory,this paper puts forward the concept of supply chain of residential full decoration project based on engineering general contracting mode based on in-depth study of residential decoration industry and building supply chain management.The supply chain management aims to establish a strategic partnership for the long-term and efficient cooperation between the various nodes,with the general contractor as the core to coordinate the whole process management of the whole decoration product production with the aim of establishing the customer’s needs.According to the definition,characteristics,current main supply mode and existing problems of residential full decoration logistics management,a residential full-renovation project supply chain logistics management based on the “project general contractor + manufacturer + third-party logistics enterprise” supply system model was constructed.The system,in which the owner can concentrate on controlling the total cost of project construction,the general contractor selects the material manufacturer through bidding,determines the material price,entrusts the logistics business to the third-party logistics or entrusts the third-party logistics to the manufacture,and the general contractor undertakes monitoring of logistics operations.Defining the structure of the entire system and the relevant actors,these participating companies use supply chain management to build partnerships.The operation mechanism of the whole logistics management system,such as procurement management,material distribution management,inventory management,construction site logistics management and logistics management information system construction,was analyzed,which provided a basis for promoting more standardized project management,and further promoted the residential decoration.The project supply chain provides an efficient project construction and operation management system and provides theoretical and practical guidance for enhancing core competitiveness.According to the actual inventory management of the materials in the logistics operation of the residential full-decoration project,the ordering costs incurred by the major enterprises in the supply chain in the transaction are considered comprehensively,and the maintenance cost of the production and supply continuity is ensured in all links.The cost of out-of-stock loss caused by stability or short supply,the cost of normal parts procurement and transportation,the cost of replenishment transportation when out of stock,and the time cost of transportation due to the transportation of parts of materials,the establishment of a residential full-residential full-renovation project supply chain environment including multi-level inventory cost model for suppliers,third-party logistics companies and general contractors,and intermediate supply chains.An immune genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The algorithm corresponds the objective function of the genetic algorithm to the “antigen”,and the solution of the problem corresponds to the antibody produced by the immune system.To enhance the global search ability,the orthogonal design is proposed.The combination of immune genetic algorithm to generate initial antibody and population-based selection algorithm based on antibody fitness size substitution roulette selection method to further improve the search quality and search efficiency of conventional immune genetic algorithm,can effectively overcome the standard,the premature convergence problem of genetic algorithms.The example shows that the cost result obtained by using the proposed algorithm is better than the inventory cost obtained by the standard genetic algorithm,and the overall optimization ability is stronger,which proves the validity of the model and algorithm.The algorithm optimization also yields a more reasonable inventory control scheme for the optimal real-time inventory of suppliers,third-party logistics and general contractors,and the optimal order quantity of general contractors and third-party logistics.In-depth study on the vehicle scheduling of materials parts,considering that during the peak demand period,logistics service providers will have their own vehicles and personnel shortages,which will lead to the need for additional overtime distribution and social rental vehicle resources,so the time window is the classic vehicle scheduling problem can be expanded around the extra overtime distribution costs and outsourcing vehicle costs.In view of the fact that each project construction site may propose the requirement of personalized service time windows,this paper introduces the concept of customer demand random demand according to the uncertainty characteristics of customer demand.On this basis,it establishes the consideration of overtime conditions and outsourcing of delivery personnel.A dynamic vehicle scheduling model for the material parts of social vehicle resources was designed to improve the simulated plant growth algorithm for optimal solution.By simulating the dynamic mechanism of plant growth to light,the algorithm constitutes a closed box space for plant growth in the mathematical model of vehicle scheduling,and the guarantee algorithm can search for the optimal solution in the feasible domain of vehicle scheduling problem.In order to enhance the optimization ability,a method of variable step size search and random ordering of auxin concentration is proposed to introduce the algorithm to improve the calculation speed of the algorithm.Combined with the specific examples,the improved simulated plant growth algorithm and the standard genetic algorithm designed in this paper are respectively solved and compared from the obtained distribution path length,total time consumption and total cost.The validity of the model and the design algorithm is verified.A more efficient material distribution route.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned supply chain,logistics management system and its important links-inventory cost and vehicle scheduling research,the improvement countermeasures of full decoration logistics management are put forward.The paper has 34 pictures,27 tables and 160 references. |
