In the 21 st century,with the impact of the new construction engineering market,in order to adapt to changes in the engineering market environment,new reforms are also taking place in the construction project management.The theory of supply chain management plays a decisive role in practical engineering projects,which not only improves the efficiency of project implementation but also improves the performance of project management.Likewise,the engineering inventory management has an influence on the progress and cost of the project.Especially,the multi-level inventory management can reduce the project cost effectively and increase the economic benefits while ensuring the smooth progress of the project.Uncertainty in the implementation of engineering projects leads to the uncertainty of material requirements and ordering.Therefore,research on multi-level inventory optimization management with uncertain material requirements and ordering has important theoretical and practical significance.This article examines the problem of multi-material multi-level inventory optimization management with cross-price discounts in a supply environment.The main innovations are as follows:(1)This article first carried out a theoretical analysis.The definition,basic theory,basic theory of inventory management and the basis of optimization research in engineering supply chain are introduced in detail,the main problems in the inventory control process is put forward.These analysis lays the foundation for the next research work.(2)Through teasing out previous studies,a price discount strategy was added to the two-material supply chain inventory system involving two materials by a combination of material suppliers and construction contractors.Taking into account the price discount correlation between the two materials and the competition relationship of space,a multi-material multi-level inventory optimization model is established,which has an objective function of minimizing the joint cost of the engineering supply chain system and solve the problem of the optimal order quantity and order times.(3)On the basis of the supply chain inventory model,a illustration about how to use this model is made.A solving algorithm is designed using the genetic algorithm,verifying the reasonableness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
