With the development of society, there are more requirements on engineering machinery besides its operation capacity, safety, and comfort and noise quality also cause people’s increasing concern. Severe vibration not only makes drivers feel unwell, but also produces adverse effect to the vehicle reliability, etc. Powertrain is one of the main vibration sources of engineering machinery and has great influence on the vehicle performance and the ride comfort. It can obviously reduce vibration and noise; improve ride comfort and performance of vehicle to design the reasonable powertrain mounting system.The quality parameters and the inertia parameters of a certain type of wheel loader powertrain are measured by modal experiment method according to "shock center" theory and vertical stiffness theory in this paper. According to experiment verification, vibration reduction performance is improved, achieving the desired results after improving design of mount parameters. In addition, this paper presents the following study:The vibration data of a5-ton loader and engine bracket hammering test data is measured though experiment. After analysis of measured data, it is concluded that the resonance of loader engine bracket have a very large impact on the vibration isolation. to increase bracket horizontal and longitudinal stiffness and to replace large damping engine shock absorber are proposed, to attenuate the resonance.The old and new cab bench is analyzed though experiment. Experimental results show that, damping effect of a new bench is better than a old one overall. If the stiffness of the joints of the steering column and the bench is increased, better effect will be got.Though experiment, by contrast isolation effect of different shock absorber in excavator cab and analysis of experimental data, the merits of damping performance of isolator will be sorted. So that considering the price and other factors, reasonable selection of shock absorber will be easy for manufacturers.
