In recent years, with the deepening of the reform and opening up, China’s urbanization construction and new rural construction pace speed up year by year, the construction machinery industry ushered in a flourish. On December5,2011,the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a new "construction site environmental noise emission standards", and took effect on July1,2012.This is the first major revision since the ninety’s of the last century, the new industry standards for construction machinery noise emission in the construction process are more strict and clear requirements.Powertrain as the main vibration source of construction machinery, has a great influence on the vehicle comfort. In this paper, through the analysis of the vibration isolation theory of powertrain mounting system, access to the system excitation frequency and the natural frequency range, system dynamics model; describes the basic principles of vibration decoupling, decoupling methods.Acquisition engine powertrain quality, centroid and moment of inertia, stiffness and damping of mounting, installation location, installation Angle, provide basic parameters for further simulation analysis.Establish mathematical model of powertrain mount system, the use of the dynamics software Adams of mechanical system simulation analysis was carried out on the mathematical model of mounting system, natural modal system, each order modal main vibration mode and energy distribution matrix, the mounting system to evaluate and optimize design scheme is put forward, and by using the Adams/View function before and after optimization of the powertrain mounting system each order modal vibration mode for the animation demo.Finally, this paper aimed at Lin-gong construction machinery co., LTD., a5ton wheel loader powertrain mounting system are optimized before and after optimization of the vibration test, comparing the experimental data analysis, to verify the accuracy of the simulation results, provide a reference for optimization design of powertrain mounting system.
