High speed railway stations are the windows to provide transportation service to guests, as well as the "Comprehensive Transportation System" that integrates special passenger line, the inter-city railway, subway, light rail, bus and so on, specifically to furnish passenger stopping point for transfer and distribution. As a matter of course, the introduction of the passenger special line into railway terminal will break the previous pattern of railway terminal. How to ensure node-line coordination, shorten travel time and reduce transportation cost, depending on whether the location of high speed railway stations in railway terminal is reasonable. Therefore, this paper carried out research on location decision of high speed railway stations in railway terminal.Firstly, in view of the status of development of high-speed railway and stations, the paper discusses the existing problems, basic principle and influencing factors of the introduction of the passenger special line into railway terminal. On the basis of defining the core concept of railway terminal and high speed railway stations, this paper follows the basic principles to select the station location, identifies the influence factors of high speed railway stations location from three aspects means region, city, railway station and its vicinity. Among them, regional aspect includes national and local policy, region economy, master plan, character and pattern, the requirements of railway passenger transport. City aspect contains the urban form, function, scale, economic and planning development. Characteristics of passenger flow, composition of traffic network surrounding the station and passenger transfer, railway station self-factors, operation conditions and environmental impacting factors are included.Secondly, construct the problem-solving method and theoretical model. In review of the related practice and theoretical models of high speed railway stations location in railway terminal domestic and overseas, this paper introduces FQFD into do the site selection evaluation of high speed railway stations in railway terminal. Through the document investigation, this paper identifies target users and original user requirements. Then, the fuzzy clustering analysis method is used to discuss classification of user requirements, and the fuzzy AHP is applied to determine the importance degree of user’s requirements. After the engineering characteristics analyze, the fuzzy correlativity between them is ascertained, and the house of quality with quality requirements is build as an evaluation system of the high-speed station location in railway terminal. Based on this, in consideration of the characteristics of FQFD and high-speed station location, the HOQ optimization model upon on fuzzy group decision-making theory is constructed.Thirdly, apply the problem-solving method and theoretical model. This paper adopts the HOQ optimization model upon on fuzzy group decision-making theory to make an empirical analysis of Changsha station location in Changsha (Zhuzhou) terminal of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger special line. The result shows that, it is the key factor effecting decision-making, that the demand of the coordination between high speed railway stations and general layout of terminal, as well as urban master planning and long-term strategic planning. In summary, this paper makes attempt to introduce the fuzzy quality function development method to do the station location of high-speed railway station. It is take into account thoroughly that the semantic representation and preference of the target users’ requirement, the fuzzy characteristics of the degree of preference, combined the superiority of the source management concept of quality function deployment (QFD) method and Fuzzy theory, broken the traditional evaluation method of the high-speed railway station location which depends on the technical standards and economic evaluation. Consequently, this paper makes a useful attempt for the evaluation of the high-speed railway station location.
