| Hainan island-looping high-speed railway is the main means of transportation in Hainan province,and also an important part of the coastal channel in South China.Since the construction began in 2007,it has carried more than 120 million passengers.The Hainan island-looping high-speed railway has also become an important means of transportation for tourists to Qiong and an important basic supporting facility for the development of Hainan’s tourism industry.Through the research on the service quality of the Hainan island-looping high-speed railway,we will find a way to improve it,and also to promote the development of Hainan’s tourism industry.This study is based on the combing and understanding of the relevant data of the Hainan island-looping high-speed railway,through literature analysis,questionnaire method,argumentation of experts,statistical analysis and so on,from the perspective of visitor satisfaction,make a comprehensive scoring by SERVQUAL scale from five aspects: visibility,reliability,response,guarantee and empathy;the QFD quality house model is used as the research framework,and the evaluation results are used as the main basis for the improvement path,which provides an important reference for other provinces and regions to study in related fields.Through empirical research and analysis,it is found that the current traffic service quality of Hainan island-looping high-speed railway mainly has problems such as insufficient passenger demand service guarantee,insufficient supply of characteristic extension service,imperfect hardware infrastructure,imperfect security guarantee mechanism,and inconvenient ticket service supply.In addition,improvement measures are put forward to strengthen the humanistic care of the Hainan island-looping high-speed railway,expand the extension service,improve the facilities and services,stabilize the safety,and consolidate the ticket service of the Hainan island-looping high-speed railway. |
