Study On The Method Of High-Speed Railway Passenger Station Location

High-speed railway as an efficient mode of transportation in linking different areas of traffic and reducing passenger travel time costs and meeting the people's daily travel demand has played a huge role. According to the long-term railway network plan, the railway mileage will reach 120,000 kilometers or more by 2020. And the new high-speed railway will reach 16,000 kilometers or more.With the construction of high-speed railway in China, a large number of railway passenger station need to build, but there are few theory and technical analysis about high-speed railway passenger station basis for site selection. This paper makes a systematic study of two key issues about produces a terminal plan and plans comparison, and it also propose methods to adapt to high-speed railway Station Location.The study includes:(1) The concept, classification and function of high-speed railway passenger station was described, and the setting characteristics of domestic and international passenger station was analyzed.(2) The author analyzes the High-speed Railway Station layout and the general solution of the problem. According to the characteristics for high-speed rail terminal, the impact of three factors influencing the problem are analyzed deeply.(3) High-speed Railway Station location problem is similar to a semi-obnoxious location problem, so a method of High-speed Railway Station location layout by using 0-1 integer programming theory has been proposed. And a example is given to account for the method.(4) Evaluating index system of High-speed Railway Station layout is based.For the shortage of AHP method, this paper calculates weights directly in order to select sites for the best terminal program by using the optimal transfer matrix to improved AHP method. Taking the new Chengdu station as an example to show the feasibility of the idea by using IAHP scheme selection method.
