In motor speed regulation technology, it has become the trend to adopt high efficient and economic AC speed regulation system instead of DC speed regulation system. So promoting the study and research of AC speed regulation technology further in the relevant majors of colleges and universities is of great significance. At present, there are some disadvantages in the experiment platform of domestic speed-governing. For example, digital degree is not high, it is not suitable for secondary development, operation is complicated and control algorithm is out of date, etc. A speed-governing experiment platform has the following advantages:man-machine interface friendly, easy to operate and suitable for secondary development which is designed in this paper. What provides general experimental platform for the development of university relevant courses and research of AC speed-governing control algorithms.To begin with, the overall design of AC speed regulation experiment platform was completed in this thesis, which was divided into two parts: hardware and software. The hardware design was introduced which included working principle and system design idea of the main circuits, the control circuit and the protection circuits, complete hardware base was provided for the that provided for the research of speed-governing control algorithm. The design of man-machine interface and the general design thought of control algorithms was introduced in the part of software.On the basis of the experimental platform, the experiments of speed sensor and speed sensorless vector control were designed, which took the TM320F2812DSP as the controlling kernel.The basic principle, control idea and system composition of vector control was analyzed, the sofeware design method of vector control system based on SVPWM was explained in details, specific flow charts were provided. Aiming at the troubles such as high cost, inconvenient in stallation, low mechanical reliability, dull adaptability in environment and so on were brought by speed sensor, speed sensorless vector control based on MRAS was introduced and an interactive improved model was proposed through the analysis of traditional models. In the end, the software was designed and several tests were carried out to guarantee the required functions.It was proved by research and experimental result that the hardware and software design of AC speed-governing experiment platform was rational. At the same time, it also proved that improved model can reduce speed estimation error.
