| With the construction of the smart grid, the importance of network planning isincreasingly apparent. Based on safety and reliability, and centered on economy andhigh effectiveness, network planning continues to adopt new methods and newtechnology to solve the existed problems in grid, such as to be improved power supplyreliability, irrational grid structure and insufficient power supply capacity. Theelectricity sector can develop a long-term plan to change the status of the grid and candraw up a short-term plan to guide the construction of the grid.There are a lot of key technical issues involved in network planning. This papermade a research on the load forecasting, line loss reduction and PMU configuration.The load forecasting is the basis of the network planning. Scientific and accurate loadforecasting is an important guarantee of safe and economic operation of the powergrid. Based on the actual situation of the power grid in Pingshi region, this paperproposed some appropriate prediction. On the issue of subarea load forecasting, thepaper changed the existed partition mode of power supply according to administrativeregion and proposed cluster load forecasting, which implemented the principle ofhierarchical and regional balance better. Reduction of power loss is the theme of thetechnical and economic activities in power supply enterprises, and it is one of the keysthat electric power enterprises should solve in order to provide customers with safeand high quality electricity. To achieve the improvement of supply capacity andquality of power supply, how to reduce the line loss is a particularly importanttechnical problem in Pingshi region. Through analysis of the excess loss of the10kVdistribution line this area, this paper put forward corresponding measures to reducethe loss in management. Reducing line loss needed not only to transform lines andconduct reactive power compensation, but to consider the impact of many smallhydropowers on line loss in Pingshi area.Power network automation is an effective means to improve power supplyreliability and realize efficient management. In planning power network automation, itshould reasonably select the terminal function configuration and monitoring pointsaccording to overall system design requirements and local economy. To deal with theconcept of direct solvable harmonic power flow with the optimal configuration of PMU, a new algorithm based on niche genetic algorithm and Tabu search is presentedin the paper. In the hybrid optimization algorithm, by taking niche genetic algorithmfor main part, to control prematurity and solve the lack of diversity; using TSRoperator in crossover to improve local search ability and convergence speed. Finally,the effectiveness and contrast between the hybrid algorithm and the other twotraditional methods are verified. The results show that this hybrid algorithm can findthe optimal solution, and provide understanding of the diversity and improve theoptimization efficiency, has broad application prospects. |
