Currently, the work of build ing e nergy effic ie ncy is carried out in full swing,65%of build ing e nergy e fficie ncy sta ndards is taken the lead in p ilot imple me ntationin Be ijing, Shanghai, Chongq ing c ity, etc, that is the third stage of the "three-stepenergy-saving". For hot summer and cold winter zone, build ings need to increase theresearch and deve lopme nt of energy saving envelope continua lly to achie ve65%ofenergy e ffic iency standards. The calc ulated load data fro m two typica l build ings inChangsha Cit y is seen, the build ing roof has obvious effect to the whole build ingenergy e fficie ncy based on s imulatio n of building energy e ffic iency design andanalys is software PKPM. Researching energy-saving measures of roofs hassignifica nce to reduce build ing energy consumption.In the study, according to require ments o f the curre nt standards re lating tobuild ing e nergy effic ienc y in Changsha City, the structure practice of variousenergy-saving roofs is analyzed, the indicators of vario us structura l la yers arequantified. The models are establis hed by us ing the software PKPM, the energycons umptio n va lues and energy saving rate of two kinds of build ing are calc ulatedunder d iffere nt types of energy-saving roofs, inc lud ing the typ ica l senior and highbuild ing in Changsha City. On the premise of meeting sta ndards relating to build ingenergy e fficie ncy, the heat transfer coeffic ient(K) of vario us energy-saving roofs isobtained, and the econo mic performa nce of various e nergy-saving roofs iscomparative ana lyzed by us ing the ana lys is theory of Life Cycle Cost(LCC). At last,three groups of typ ical energy-saving build ing case in Changsha City are ana lyzed.Bases on investigatio ns and simulations, the new research method ofenergy-saving roofs is established in the study, whic h provides the theoretica l basisfor carrying out b uilding energy e ffic iency in Changsha C ity. Research results canbetter guide the design of build ing energy-saving roofs, whic h have the importantpractica l significance.
