From a global perspective,energy consumption on buildings accounts for 20% to 40% of the total energy consumption,and even as high as 45% in developed countries.China is in the key period of accelerating industrialization,urbanization and new rural construction,as the main energy use industry,the construction industry has a great potential in saving energy.This paper selects residential buildings in Tangshan region to conduct analysis and research on the economics of the construction with an energy-saving premise of 75%.Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to conduct quantative analysis and commetary on the economics of the conservation buildings of relative residences in the construction energy-saving domain,introduces its current research situation,the hot topic and the trend.Secondly,it discusses the energy saving technology suitable for the conservation structure in Tangshan region,and analyzes the onsite research and study on the newly transformed area and the new residential area so as to find the problems.Thirdly,through the computing of energy consumption and coal consumption index of the existing non-energy saving residential conservation structure,the transformed residential conservation structure with energey-saving and the conservation structure of new residential buildings,we get the actual consumption of energy of buildings with different energy saving effects.Finally,it puts forward the theory of full life cycle in the narrow sense,and conducts two aspects of the comprehensive evaluation from the one-time cost investment and later operation investment and horizontal comparasion of the initial investement in the non energy saving of existing residential conservation structure,the transformed engergy-saving residential conservation structure,and the new energy saving residential consevation structure,and horizontal comparasion of the later operation investment in full life cycle.Through typical casess,it proves that the cost of transformed energy saving buildings in the full life cycle is lower than that of energy-saving residential buildings,and that of newly built energy saving residential buildings is lower than that of transformed energy saving building.Though evidence and computatation,this paper hopes to prove that the incremental cost of building energy saving constructions is an essential part of the cost,but not what people understands as extra costs.The corresponding incremental investment will also bring about incremental benefits.The paper also puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement,hoping to put forward incremental benefits theory through these suggestions,so that more enterprises and investors pay attention to and promote the development of energy saving buildings.
