| ESP (Electronic Stability Program) system has already become a type of important vehicle active safety system in recent years. The main contents in this paper will focus on some explorative reserch work in hardware circuit and software design of ECU of vehicle ESP syetem.By analyzing research theory and experimental result on ESP, this paper present the working principle, and the core technology of automobile ESP system.You can grasp the working processing of ESP through an actual working condition. Based on some theoretical analysis some variables about vehicle stability are chosen as the control objects in ESP system.And some calculation methods will be confirmed to get the value of these variables,which lay the foundation for the concrete ESP control strategyThe paper makes the exploratory designing of sensors’interface circuit of ESP. By analyzing the working principle and application method of various of sensors used in ESP system,the paper designs corresponding interface circuits for these sensors to meeting the requirements of signal communication in ESP system.Some circuits such as the interface circuit of wheel speed sensor will be analyzed in Multisim to verify their founction.The paper present a global control solution of ESP. On the basis of the feature of CAN bus and SJA1000, PCA82C251,the paper designs the interface circuits between the two kinds of chips and CAN bus,designs the interface circuits between the MCU AT89C51which is the controller of five kinds of sensors in ESP and CAN bus.Hardware minimum system modul designing and the connecting circuit designing between the MCU MC9S12DG128and CAN bus will have been finished based on this MCU.At the last, the paper trys to made a simple designing about the software of ESP controller on the basis of RTOS(Real Time Operation System),and finished making the ESP control strategy and program flowchart. |
