Research Of Construction Claim And The Management Mode Based On Domestic Standard Text

As China’s market economy continues to improve, various standard texts and industry terms of the project management system make a further deepen after entering the World Trade Organization. The engineering contracting market is becoming more competitive, especially for construction companies, not only have to face the complexity and uncertainty of the project itself, but the challenges of domestic and foreign competitors, making the business profitable becomes increasingly difficult. In the face of the booming economy, keen competition, significantly lower profits and a variety of risk in the course of project implementation, construction claims management which is important and effective means of reducing the enterprise risk loss and getting more economic benefit is having more and more attentions.This thesis, at the contractor’s point of view, studies the terms of construction claims of current domestic standard text, main are "Construction Contract (model version)"(GF-1999-0201) and "Construction of the Bill of Quantities Specification"(GB50500-2008). In the first chapter, from the status quo of the construction claims and management internal, throw light upon the significance and necessary to do some research of the construction claim and the management based on domestic standard text.On this basis, chapter Two and Three analyses the construction claims management in detail which is in the implementation process of construction contract and bill of quantities mode, including the formation process and the process of the implementation of the contract.In the fourth chapter, lack of the construction project contract text in our country is pointed out, especially for the negative factors for contractor. And give some suggestions on the formation and action the contract which is based on the mode of valuation. Than a mode of domestic standard text-based construction claims management is established, including daily management process, incident management, and risk analysis.A project is quoted as empirical analysis from the beginning to the end in the Chapter Five.Meaningful exploration of domestic standard text-based construction claims management is carried on and a mode is built with risk management theory and the contractors’level of construction claim management in engineering construction projects after a full analysis on "Construction Contract (model version)"(GF-1999-0201) and "Construction of the Bill of Quantities Specification"(GB50500-2008)in this thesis. The thesis proposes a operational result for construction units to maintain their own legitimate rights and interests and the normal order of market, then improve the enterprise management level.
